Terms and Conditions
BOOKING
To secure your booking we require 50% deposit, by cheque or direct deposit into the holiday house account. Bank details available on booking. Balance in cheque or cash on arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY
1. If you tell us you cannot stay within 28 days of arrival, deposit is refunded in full.
2. Between 13 days and 7 days of arrival 20% is refundable only.
3. 7 days or less of arrival deposit is non refundable.
COLLECTION OF KEYS
Please call prior to arrival for meeting at the house.
Balance of accommodation account payable in exchange for house keys.
Check in is 1.00pm std (unless previously arranged)
Check out 10.00am std - (unless previously arranged)
Early check ins and late checkouts are dependent on booking status at the time and is confirmed one week prior to arrival. Early check ins and late check outs are courtesy of the Adreil Trinity Beach Holiday House and are a no charge item.
