Property Details: Fully self-contained.
Kitchen: Is equipped with a good range of cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils etc.
Lounge: Comfortable and practical.
Dining Area: Adreil has a large wooden entertaining/dining deck overlooking the pool.
Dining outdoors is common in the tropics - a separate dining area is located indoors.
Bedroom1: Queen bed & ensuite/ private bathroom
Bedroom2: Queen bed
Bedroom3: 2 x single beds plus sofa bed in lounge room.
Family Area: This property has a large patio and back yard.
Bathroom: Large modern.clean, tidy.
Pool/Amenity: Fully fenced (plus chilld proof gate) in-ground pool. Pool is maintained on a regular service program, pump on timer. Pool offers a good degree of privacy.
Parking: Sufficient to park 2 vehicles on the premises with relative security.
Sleeps: Eight
Linen/Hire: Linen changed and property receives a "wipe over clean" for stays exceeding 7 nights.
Entertainment: Outdoor patio on property plus local attractions plus restaurants. Trinity Beach is world renowned for its attractions including reef & rainforest experiences etc.
Local Sport: Based on the marlin coast you have access to a large range of sporting facilities including fishing in the estuaries and/or on the reef, snorkel or scuba dive to see the natural beauty of the great barrier reef, bungee jumping and hot air ballooning, golf, tennis, white water rafting. Tour boats to the great barrier reef leave right from Palm Cove jetty.
Beach Access: Approximately 20 minute walk to the beach.
Laundry: Access to laundry plus linen changed for stays exceeding 7 nights.
